How does one get rid of a double chin and pudgy face? Is that considered water weight fat? Anyone??

I'm afraid all-over weight loss is the only way to do it. The good news, if you're anything like me, is that is the last place to gain and the first place to lose as my weight fluctuates!0

There's no such thing as "water weight fat". It's either water weight, or it's fat.
Keep at a moderate deficit, get some exercise in, and you'll lose weight from everywhere, and yes, eventually your face and chin.0
