10 Minute Solution Slim & Sculpt Pilates advice please......

I need all the help I can get. Really have been trying to lose weight / get fit. I lose 8 lbs...then gain 10 lbs. Then lose 6...then gain 6. I haven't been losing inches either. So disappointing, but I keep trucking and have stuck with working out & tracking my nutrition.
So, I'm switching it up. Eating some "metabolism booster" foods like oatmeal twice day, doing my normal workout routine, and now added 10 minute solution pilates.
My question is....which would be better...do ALL the 5 pilates methods on the dvd? -OR- switch it up day by day? -OR- stick with a daily routine of 2 or 3 methods per day?
Any advice would be appreciated. :]

    Id say switch it up, one so you dont get bored and two to keep your body guessing!

    That's what crossed my mind to do. I just don't know I guess.
    My progress (or lack of) has me second-guessing my routine and trying to find the tried and true method.
