Hi, I'm another newbie

Hi, just heard about this site from a friend and hoping to make the most of it and lose some weight. I've been exercising for the past 6 months with absolutely no weight loss and was positive I was eating right and practsing portion control. Just realised that my portions are still too big, too many calories and way too much carbs.

Hoping to find some motivation here.
