Am I eating too little? INSANITY petite women

I'm very confused with how much per day I should eat, I tried a bunch of different daily calorie calculator but get very different results.
I would especially appreciate advice from other small women who tried Insanity.
I'm 5"1', 109 lbs, according to online calculators about 23% fat. I'm on my second week of Insanity, which according to my HRM burns usually ~250 calories / workout. I eat 1200 NET calories / day, so 1200 plus I eat back exercise calories. I also run about 3 times a week, 30 min and that burns about 250 calories, which I usually eat back (or at least part of it).
My weight plateaued 3 weeks ago, and for the last 2 weeks I had no loss of inches either. I wonder if I should up my calories, lower it, or just keep going and be patient?

Give Insanity a little more time, the first few weeks your body is getting used to the new muscles you are forming so the scale will stay the same. Your muscles also hold onto more water because they are fatigued. I don't think I saw a change in the scale until a month. Eating a little more protein probably wouldn't hurt either.0

Thank you for the encouragement! As to protein, I don't eat much meat so I always struggle with getting enough protein. Maybe I'll try adding some whey protein to my daily menu.0 -

(in the same boat! similar height/weight and would love to hear more from INSANITY petite women)0 -
We're very close to the same size (5'0 current weight 105.4) and unfortunately I think our size lends itself to requiring less calories period. I haven't done Insanity but when I started MFP and working out it literally took a month to show any significant weight loss! I also hit a plateau at about 3 months and did exactly the same. Luckily I think our bodies figure it out. It just takes a little longer!0

I also meant to mention that I do a protein shake for breakfast EVERY day (EAS Advantage)!0
