I'm always over on sugar, even after just breakfast and lunch, because of greek yogurt, berries, 1 tbsp. agave, and 2% milk latte (no syrup, no sugar)
should I be worried about this? I know I need to watch my sugars, even natural ones, but I feel like ive failed when I see that i'm so far over the goal...

Don't count the sugar yuo get from fruits or vegetables. Natural sugars are easily processed by your body and are healthy. If it is added sugar from yougurt, coffee, etc, then you might need to cut back a little.

I agree, I dont see anything wrong with sugars from fruits and vegetables. I make lots of fruit smooties to help with my fruit and veggie intake, and I dont worry about their sugar contents because I know its just fruit and icecubes. I recommend you do the same, keep an eye on any sugar that does not come from natural sources like fruit and veggies!

I have this problem too, I know I'm cutting out some of what I'm intaking it's just took me having to go grocery shopping, but 27 sugars seems super low. I go over that drinking one snapple in a day, and I refuse to go to only drinking water...I've already cut out soda since it almost doubles the sugar and is full of calories.

Competely wrong, sugar from anything is processed the same, your body reads it the same (why artificial sweetners dont work)-Your body is the smartest thing in the world. Think of it this way, every thing has some form of sugar in it, milk, meat, Carbs are hugh in sugar, different form but the same thing. Fruit sugars are the same (This is why orange juice and apple juice are horrible for you). People should stop looking at calories, focus on portein, carbs and sugar. Read about it great source. http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/nutrition_articles.asp?id=616. Remember every gram of sugar is 2 teaspoons, look at the box. One of the big things I did when I started was to eat as I would on my diet., then add up all the grams of sugar and poor that much sugar in a cup. It will amaze u.

Mine is always over. Mostly due to fruit, but I really don't care as long as my overall calories are good.
