How do you log C25K?

I'm starting this today with my fiance and I don't know exactly how I would log it in my exercise diary.

Someone may have a better answer than me but I just take the average of my distance/time. I.E. If I do 2 miles in 30 minutes, that would be "brisk walking, 4 miles an hour," even though sometimes I'm going faster and sometimes I'm going slower. Hope that helps!0

I log my C25K with RunKeeper and Runtastic. I also have linked my Endomondo account with MFP and log my C25K.
They are logged as one complete run. So, total distance run, regardless of the walk/run intervals.0
