How many ounces is 1 cup of pulled pork?

Have you ever measured this before? Or chicken? If so, how much did it weigh.

There are 8 ounces to a cup....although have to be careful because ounces can be measured in volume or mass. 8 fluid ounces = 1 cup, 8 ounces of mass (like meat) = half a pound, which may or may not be a cup measure, depending on whether the pork was packed in the cup, or loose, etc.
A food scale is an awesome tool to have for taking the guesswork out of these things! They don't cost much - Target has them, so does Costco and places like that.0 -
Yeah, cups don't always convert right with meats. I just use a cheap digital scale for my portions.0
