    Im walking in the same shoes with you girl. You feel great! Its great to see your face emerging. I lost my smile because my cheeks were so heavy. It takes so much to take that first step. Especially when at first you can't see any results. But, after awhile bp going down. Back and knees dont hurt so much. And somedays you see yourself in the mirror and you won't recognize yourself. Your doing sn amazing job. Keep in touch!
