I just edited my dietary settings......made the following changes:
100 lb. goal weight loss - as opposed to 90 lbs
1 lb. loss per week - as opposed to 1.5 lb loss per week
5 workouts a week at 45 minutes - as opposed to 4 workouts a week
Just doing that changed my daily calorie intake from 1360 (which I was having difficulty doing) and raised it to 1600.
I can't consume 1600 calories per day.....especially when I add my daily exercise, it adds in the calories I've burned.
Did I do something wrong?

No your fine, you changed from 1.5 lbs to 1 lb per week.... thats about 1750 cals per week that get added.0

The difference is only 240 calories per day--that's roughly two tablespoons of butter or olive oil. A Greek yogurt and small handful of nuts. A large glass of juice. A single PopTart. You can do it.0

You make a good point. It just took me off guard that it wanted me to go from 1360 to 1600.....seems like a high jump (seems like more than 240). I think the issue for me is, I haven't been losing 1.5 lbs with the 1360 calories per day.....I can't imagine losing any at all by increasing my calorie intake.0
