May 2013 24hr challenge

There was an April 24 hr challenge forum, I very much liked it. But I have not seen a posting for May's 24hr challenge. So I am posting it.

All you have to do is try to get up to 24 hrs worth of exercise in the month of May. And then whenever you do exercise you update on here what your total of exercise was that day.

It is a fun challenge and not everyone makes the 24hrs. This is a great motivator to keep up the exercise! Enjoy! :)

As of 5/6/13 I already have 5 hrs and 14mins. So i only have 18hrs and 46mins left. yay!

    And from today i got 1hr and 1 minute of exercise. Leaving me left with only 17hrs and 45minutes!

    315 minutes = 5.25 hours
    18.75 to go

    (I don't always enter my exercises by the exactly correct time though... like, if i do elliptical on super high resistance and burn 400 calories in 35 minutes, MFP says 35 min is 304 calories, but I believe what the machine tells me, so I up my MFP minutes until is equals the calories burned. I always make sure to enter my age and weight on the machine, and I use the heart rate monitors as much as possible... I think that gives you a more accurate calorie estimate... right?)

    This could be a good challenge. Message me or add me to help keep me accountable! ;-)

    I do that kinda sometimes. just with different things but instead of more time it is usually less to match calories. lol so i would be doing what ur doing as well lol

    I realized i didn't update the other day when i was on here so here is an update so i don't lose track lol
    5/8 & 5/9= 1hr and 6mins leaving me left with 16hrs and 39mins.

    Ill join in, I've been slack this month, only 226 minutes so far, 3 hrs 46 minutes, how bad is that! Sëeing as I normally do 2hrs a day!!!!

    So 20hrs 54 minutes left yet!

    oh well i searched hard to find one. oh well. i like my thread lol It has helped me and others :smile: so yeah two is better then one lol.


    Another 2 hrs and 23mins. so only 14hrs and 13mins left!!!

    and it is okay. that is why there is this thread. to get people motivated again lol :) so good luck to the new comers and everyone else!!!! :)

    Another 3hrs and 49mins from 5/14-5/18. Been pretty busy. But that brings me down to 10hrs and 24mins left! Woot Woot.
    That is great. Hopefully I can finish this again this month! lol
