Lost 8 pounds / 4kg :)

Hi guys, I am very new with MFP and I am one of those people who look at success stories to feel more inspired. Last year September, I started running and never looked back. I know that 4kg isn't that much, but it is something!

I am posting this for everybody out there that was thinking about jogging 3 - 4 times a week - IT IS WORTH IT !!!

    That's fantastic!
    I've always loved running/jogging, but have put on so much weight I'm afraid of injury, but have promised myself if I can lose a stone I will start back slowly :happy: at the moment just walking a couple miles every morning and hopefully with the help of MFP I will see some results.

    Congratulations! 4 kilos might not seem a lot to you, but if you look at a picture of a pound of fat and see how much space it takes, you can really see how positive your results are.

    Also, I'm losing weight right now to take pressure off my knees and my doctor told me that for every pound you lose is like 6 pounds of pressure taken off the knee joint!!!

    You are really close to your goal weight, awesome!
