Finding it hard to find time for fitness

So I recently moved (like a week ago) to a newly purchased home. We've been working on the home as well. I have no functional kitchen and have been cooking basic meals on a camping stove and griddle. So my meals haven't been that great. My new home is now two hours (each way) commute to my job. I used to work out in the evening after work but now find myself getting home much later (about 6pm). My work hours are 7-415. Lunchtime workouts arent an option because I get 30 minute lunch break and the gym is 10 minutes away. 
Early morning workout is now not an option either. I have to leave home in the morning around 5am and get up at 415 to get ready for work. Once I'm home, I cook, work on the house some more, walk my dog. By the time that's done and I've done my daily housecleaning, it's about a half hour to wind down and go to bed (since I'm up at 415, I head to bed around 830/9. I'm one of those people who, if I'm not exercising, I don't focus so closely on nutrition. Also, I had become quite "addicted" to my evening exercise and now my mood is terrible and I don't sleep well anymore. Any advice to help me get back on track?

If you can get to the gym, try in the weekends
I would walk in your lunch time
park your a little farther away or if you take the bus get off a stop earlier so you get a bit more exercise
don't use to lifts take the stairs
walk at morning and afternoon tea break
little things like these will help get you moving

Your commute sucks big time
. I would walk on your Lu ch break and get in some good workouts on the weekend.

I appreciate the suggestions! I do walk on my lunch break and morning coffee breaks but I work near Wall Street/World Trade Center in NYC. Can be impossible to walk those sidewalks sometimes. Sometimes, if my workload is too high, I don't take a break. Even so, I've been at this standard of working out high intensity cardio 3 days a week, strength training twice a week just to maintain my current fitness. I try my best on weekends to get at least an hour at home. I don't drive. I can't get off at an earlier bus stop because that will drop me near a marshy/industrial area where it's really unsafe to walk. Believe it or not, my office building bans us from using the stairs unless in case of emergency so I have no choice but to ride the elevator0
