help 2 weeks to the beach

Has any one done 30 day shred twice a day? ie halving the time.but getting a good result Need to lose 4lb ish ideally more & pull in waist & hips
I gave up smoking in August & went from 9 stone 7lb up to 10 stone 5lb YIKES even though I have been walking my legs
off as I know you gain when giving up the *kitten*. So this morning I am 10 stone but I'm not going to get into my
holiday clothes at this rate.
I walk around 5-8 miles a day.
Any ideas greatly appreciated BTW I'm 48

The first thing you need to do is look at your diet. Are you eating at a deficit? That's where loss comes in. 4 pounds in two weeks is also a bit of a lofty goal if you have less than 50 pounds total to lose.0

Since ditching the cigs my diet hasn't changed & I had maintained 9 1/2 stone for years I eat around 1500-2000 a day I am fairly active as I am a dog walker for a job I also walk my own dog for an extra 4-5 miles a day & 7-8 miles at weekend. The extra walking has been added after giving up the cigs to try & battle the weight gain.0
