For the first time in weeks I dusted of my DVDs and put on Jillians BFBM...

Someone help?! Hah that hurt!

Thinking of hitting that 4 times a week.. Anyone got any results from Jillian?

Need to fit back into clothes comfortably, maybe lose a clothes size eventually but right now I just wanna feel comfortable in my skin, so my friends, here I am back and hitting it 4 times a week because if I don't I will only end up fat.

Back up to 162 lbs and wanna be 140. So not a happy bunny seen as I got down to 155lbs. Thankfully got back before I got back up to my starting weight.

Any new friends welcome and as for the old ones, I am back on the waggon and intend on staying here!

    I like doing a Jillian Michaels work out every now and then but I can't do it for an extended length of time because it gets so BORING. I have to switch it up or I go crazy. Try doing the video twice a week and then going for a run or lifting weight the other 2 days? If you do the same thing too often your body adapts to it.

    im thinking jillian twice and then pump it up - dance DVD twice, plus I walk everywhere.. so will probably alternate when I ache ha!

    I have 8 Jillian DVDs and I love them! I have been rotating them since last August and have had great results, but I also make sure to eat right. That's most of the battle.

    food is my problem, I comfort eat and boredom munch. Need to stop but with the weather picking up, hopefully can curb these things. Hah like my boyfriend says food isn't love. Hah!

    I love Jillian. I do BFBM sometimes but right now have started 30 day shred again and its awesome. feel free to add me I am always doing some Jillian or other! it totally gets results.

    I'm doing 30 day shred. I am having results, and since I don't have a lot to lose and I was already exercising (an hour versus the 20 minutes), I am very pleased with it!
