My last c-section was 2 years ago (next week) and my wonderful dr gave me a "mini ab tuck" (basically he sewed all my muscles back in place :-) ) and now I need advice on what to do to get some awesome abs. I'm currently walking/jogging 2.5 miles a day, 5 days a week and doing the 30ds 5 days a week as well. I'm eating 1500 cals a day and shooting for 40% protein, feel free to look at my diary I can't afford a gym or trainer but we do have a heavy weight set... any advice would be appreciated

Abs are the result of having enough muscle, but more importantly, having a low body fat %. Women typically have a visible six pack at around 14%.0
