I was just wondering if anyone has tried the DVD's at home and do they work?

I have done Zumba at home and in the classes. IMO, the classes are preferrable. The energy is higher, more variety in the dances, and you really don't notice you are exercising. That being said, classes are $5 each in my are which adds up fast. I think the home DVD's are still a good workout and offere varying lengths (20 minutes up to 1 hour) which makes them easy to fit it. I LOVE Zumba in any form, but you definitely get a better atmosphere at the classes!0
