Shirataki Noodles.........?

I've heard so many great things about shirataki noodles but I have no clue where to buy them or how to make them!

Anyone know where I can find them? (I'm in Ontario)

And feel free to post recipes here!

Not sure where you live, but most grocery stores in my area sell them... I love them! Some more than others! On rare occassions I can find the "elbow" ones...but usually it's fettucini and angel hair that are the most popular... and they are 99% of the time in with the other tofu products in the produce sections.
