    Just finished. 200 knees and 100 squats doing intervals of 50 knees and 25 squats to finish in one go!

    @ Malinda - I just entered the knee lifts as "lower body exercise" in strength.

    I just did it under my strength training, though my heart rate did get up and I probably burnt some calories, I'm going to burn about 500 later and I can afford not to log it as cardio.
