What am I?

I'm trying to figure out if I fit under the Sedentary activity level, or if I actually fit within the Lightly Active activity level. I work at a nursing home doing IT support (desk job), however I spend a good part of the day walking around to support calls, and am faily active the rest of the day once I get out (walking around town, biking)
Not sure what I should set my activity level as, any thoughts would be appreicated

I walk to my campus and back again but put myself down as sedentary as I am mainly sat at a desk. However it sounds like you are active the rest of the time so go with light activity. I personally do none of that.0
