    Hello, I am looking for some friends on MFP. I need some help and encouragement. I gained a pound or two this week and am feeling a little down about it.

    I have a long way to go.

    I understand, I went to the doctor Thursday and learned I gained 7 lbs. Nothing we can do about that now. Each day , we get a brand new start. Keep moving forward. Good luck with your life style change. :):smile:
