Recipe calls for:
1 cup almond milk (I used light vanilla soymilk)
1 tsp vanilla
1/16 tsp salt
1 packet Stevia
1/2 tbsp of sprinkles (I didn't have any, so I just put in a few shakes of cinnamon instead)
Mix all ingredients. Freeze. When ready to eat/serve, microwave for 30-45 seconds, then dump in the blender until it reaches desired consistency.
I've had this 2 days in a row now. It's delicious and under 80 calories for the entire batch!
I might try adding some PB2, cocoa powder or some sort of fruit next time.
Enjoy!!
