    Welcome. I just read an article on CNN that said that people who log and chart their calories and activity are more successful at losing weight and keeping it off!! Good luck!!

    I started tracking on here about a week ago its so much better the writing everything down. Started my life change 2 weeks ago and I've lost 7 lbs at weigh in last night. I'm on my way. Thought I was to old to do this but, I've seen some fairly oldies lose on Biggest Loser so there's hope for me yet.....I'm already feeling better, and feeling better about myself.     well i started 6 days ago and im losing already!!! i got this site from a friend and its working. seeing what you eat in a day really opens your eyes!!
