Can't Believe Its Not Butter Spray

Hi we can't get this spray in England so I've had some shipped over from the USA. Only problem is how do you use it? Is it just a cooking spray or can it be used in other ways. Really appreciate some tips I've three bottles of it in my cupboard now!:happy:

    my dad uses it to scramble eggs... simple cooking spray.. smells good! thats all i know =]

    I use it to spray on popcorn, I use it to spray on bread for butter like on grilled cheeses and toast etc instead of real butter

    I use a couple of sprays on my bagel in the morning :) or on vegetables.

    From my understanding you would just use it in place of butter. Just spritz some on whatever you are eating. Supposed to cut down how much butter you are eating.

    I use it on my vegies, on toast, as a cooking spray...basically anything that requires a little bit of butter it can be used. I actually have also gotten the tubs of it and use it when a recipe calls for butter though that does have calories in it but not as much as butter or margerine...

    Wow, thank you all very much, it certainly sounds versatile! For some reason England doesn't demand such a product as there isn't enough demand for it!!!!!!!!!!

    ME TOO! Just had it right now, i love it:) Breakfast is definitely my favorite part of the day! I wish i could have breakfast all day long. LOLS
