Atkins Diet Easy Recipes?

Does anyone follow the atkins diet or can give me easy recipes that follow its guidelines. My husbands doctor just put him on the Atkins plan due to his gallbladder issues to see if it will help at all. I very much appreciate any recipe advice that can be given. :)

    You might try eMeals. They have a low-carb meal plan that is simple and has worked well for me. I think you can download a few of the sample plans from the website for free.

    They frequently have annual subscription deals on Groupon or similar sites (bringing it to about ~$2.50/month).

    I've been using their plans for about 8 months. The recipes are easy and the format has helped me reduce my weekly grocery bill.

    If you go to the Atkins website they have lots of recipes on there and many are very easy to make.
