those of you doing p90x how many cals do u burn during cardio x? ive ordered a HRM but it wont be here til tomorrow......just wondering what numbers u all are getting..i cant wait to try. im starting p90x on monday after all my equipment comes in but i tried cardio x just for the heck of it today. loved it

    I've heard through reading other blogs that Beachbody says that most hour long P90X workouts burn about 600 calories. Of course that depends on how much effort you put into it. I, too, would like to know the numbers that "real" people get for all the dvd workouts if anyone has their own results! I just started phase 2 of p90x...

    I burn around 380.
