I've fixed my issue with fruit sugar always taking me over my sugar allowance! When I thought about it, sugar is nothing but carb, and carb is already being monitored. I seldom go over my carb allowance. Since I'm on medication for cholesterol, I've stopped tracking sugar and am now tracking cholesterol instead. Problem solved!

  • Dietary cholesterol isn't directly related to blood cholesterol.

    It's doesn't sound like a great idea. Sugar will impact your cholesterol more than dietary cholesterol would. Do some research on the subject before changing

    fruit is good for you. you should eat more of it. apples oranges grapes pineapples papaya lemons cherries wtermelon. hell i am about to go make me a protein smoothies right now.

    I think I also am going to remove tracking sugar, cause it's making me nuts !!! :noway: Three pieces a fruit is waaaayyyy over the limit. Ugh !!

    Fruit sugar = good. Fructose without the fruit around it (i.e. juice) = bad, Processed/added sugar = bad. If you want a more detailed and excellent scientific answer on this, watch this lecture:
