    Yikes, I took "before/during" pics today. Hopefully in a few weeks I will see less fat and more definition! I am 5'6" Hopefully the images show - I'm new to the forums.

    Nah, that's close to my goal weight. I'm between 145 and 149 on any given day (based on what I have lifted and what I ate). There I'm probably close to 148.
