The Wave vs. 30 day shred

Has anyone tried The Wave by the Firm??? Is it a good workout??? Trying to find something to do between round 1 of p90x and the start or round 2.... i want to take a couple of weeks off before i start again and was thinking of trying it or 30 day shred!!! What do you guys think???

I havent done the Wave but I LOVE the 30 day shred that totally motivated me! The 30 day shred only burns between a 150 to 200 cals depending on weight and intensity you put into it so i also jog after that or do Jillian Michaels Cardio Blast, which will kick your *kitten* for 45 minutes!0
