Having trouble catching my breath?!?

So I'm 40 days in to Insanity. Just over the last two days I'm having a really hard time getting a deep breath to fill my lungs. I'm wondering if anybody has experienced this - I'll give you my details: 28f, healthy (no asthma, non-smoker), and I live in dry weather Alberta. Our weather is really oddball right now (10 degrees C one day, to 30 the next), but I'm not sure that would have an effect. I don't feel sick, but I can't imagine why else I would suddenly be unable to catch my breath? Has anybody had this before? Thanks :)

    I am searching topics and I was hoping somebody had replied to you. I too am having some trouble breathing but just when exert myself. when my heart rate gets to around 130. I can be in the 120s all day. I just had a stress test to eliminate blockages. I had a friend suggest Sarcoidosis but I am not sure if that is my diagnosis. Good luck to you.
