SHould i do cardio? Im scared to lose my gainz.

    Your gains are loss from excessive prolonged caloric deficits, not cardio.

    Silly thread is silly thread. But...I was just reading about cardio and it's effect on fat burning. Do you recommend HIIT over steady state cardio then?
