    I see a big difference,your shirt is loose at the bottom and middle.You're standing straighter like you have a better outlook on life now.I'm very proud of you;it's hard work and your hard work shows.

    And yes, the posture is great. That tells me you've strengthened muscles, which is good. Keep doing what you're doing. It appears to be working!

    Look at the difference in the side view posture and the front, the way the shirt sits is way different.
    Amazing job!

    Btw I love your outside pictures being raised in a corn field myself. Makes me miss home and feel like I should be taking some awesome outside photos.
