I was taking them. I lost 15lbs but then I stopped losing there. Also, I had to stop taking them because they were doing something weird to my bones or muscles. I could barely lift my arm, I couldn't make a fist, I was so weak. It scared me.

You'd be better off drinking green tea, it wouldn't have fillers or additives.

It also will not help you lose weight. If there was a pill that did it, there'd not be a fat person left in America.

Tea at least has the added benefit of water, which is good for you in many ways.

  • Take the green tree naturally to avoid all the extra undesirable additives that come with the manufacturing of pills. You could use chaoji tea available from www.chaoji.co.uk which is completely natural and organic it will help you lose weight within one week if you take two cups a day. Using code chaojif will give you buy on get one free deal too. Hope that helps.
  • Thanks for your answers.
I have a friend who has tried Java Green Tea. Have you ever heard about this?

So, do you know other weight loss tips?

No offense, but you seem to be a follower and not a leader. Try things, discover what works for your, don't follow someone else' plan.

There's no magic pill sorry :( Just watch your calorie intake, exercise if you can and don;t expect miracles straight away. It really is about changing your lifestyle, at first you may feel like you've 'lost' something if you indulge frequently, but you're not, you're gaining a healthier version of you and once you start seeing results from your dedication, you'll become addicted to that and wont even give a thought to wasting your money on gimmicks. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like, I've lost a lot of weight already, had a slight relapse over 9 months but am back on track now :)
    Best of Luck
