1. I did Level 1 and 2 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred today
2. Which means I achieved my goal of pushing past the 40 minute mark (Total time: 1hr)*
3. I have muscle definition in my arms, and the bra bulge is barely there.
4. My coworkers asked me to write a book of healthy recipes for them after tasting some of my food (I want to be a nutritionist, so this was very flattering)
5. I noticed when I was stretching at the end of my workout that my inner thighs no longer bulge out of the bottom of my shorts when I am stretching (They still need more fat loss, but that`s my #1 trouble area, and I felt like I would never see a change as it's such a difficult area to target)

*this is when working solo - I go to a gym class once in awhile that pushes me to workout for a full hour
