So your major area for concern appears to lie within the realms of consumption of items of calorific value in relation to mass and the resultant gravitational forces that may be applied should said mass increase. So first of all you need to apply the same principles used in calculating the mass of the earth to yourself, so try these simple steps, which show how to calculate the mass of the earth:
1. F = GmM/r2 = ma, where F is the gravitational force, G is the gravitational constant, M is the mass of the Earth, r is the radius of the Earth, and m is the mass of another object (near the surface of the Earth).
2. GM/r2= a (The m's canceled out.) Now solve for M, the mass of the Earth.
3. M = ar2/G, where a = 9.8m/sec2, r = 6.4 x 10 to the power of 6m, and G = 6.67 x 10-11m3/(kg sec2).
4. M = 9.8 x (6.4 x 106)2/(6.67 x 10-11) = 6.0 x 10 to the power of 24 kg
We know the mass of the Earth is 6.0 x 10 to the power of 24 kg.
Now application of these simple principles will allow you to calculate your own mass, density and gravitational pull and allow you to ascertain whether or not it will be prudent to consume back the calorific values consumed post aerobic or anaerobic exercise.
Logic will of course dictate that ante aerobic or anaerobic calorific intake to a significant quantity will be completely counter productive and as a result we will no more than mention this as being of the magnitude 'Critical' in error status.

Try experimenting with your exercise calories. More than a few people have had success with eating 1/2 of them, but the same goes for eating all or none.. it all comes down to what works for you.0 -
