Ive had shin splints but just started running again last night so I will give this a go.
I'm at 2 miles up to now0 -
Today is the 9th
3 miles / day X 31 days in May = 93 miles projected...speed is up currently finishing 3 in under 21 minutes...not too shabby for an old guy!
Keep pushing folks..set your goals that are slightly above achieveable.... you know when you get there.... feels soooo much better!0 -
