ladies with augmentation/exercise limitations?

this is something that I am strongly considering, however I don't want to give up working out just to have bigger boobs. If you've had augmentation, when did you start working out again? Did you have them over or under? Are you able to do push ups, pull ups all core exercises?
I am not looking to get anything crazy. Tried some sizers on yesterday, 325 cc would be the max for me. i am addicted to my bootcamp classes and don't want to give them up for good.

Any insight would be so helpful. I've read so many conflicting things in regards to this subject.

I'm interested in this, too. As I'm losing weight, I'm realizing that my former 38Es (now 36DDs and ever shrinking) will not be remotely perky when I'm done losing these last 40 lbs, and I'm going to get a boob lift when I'm done losing weight. Not the same procedure, but similar recovery times.

I just had mine done 5 weeks ago and was back at the gym 11 days after my surgery. I went with 550 cc silicone unders and feel total back to normal. I started upper Body workouts Tuesday. I am a little apprehensive about chest exercises but the boobs were totally worth the trade off.

Some surgeons will recommend to cease doing dedicated chest exercises after an augmentation to avoid muscle flex distortion deformity. Other will say that once the healing is over, sky's the limit. I have partial unders and have a pretty good case of muscle distortion- during push ups and flys, they jump really far apart and up and I get a dented crease through the areola. It's an odd sensation to get used to. You can always talk to your surgeon about your fitness lifestyle and see if doing implants over the muscle is right for you. Also, a good sports bra is key so you don't get slapped in the face with your own boobage. I have 500cc's and quite a bit of side boob so keeping them reeled in is important to me.

did you do over or unders? hard to decide what's best. I am only looking for 325 cc and I am currently a b cup. Looking for a full c in the end, not much more.

Good Morning. Started out as a double a. Had 325 cc unders. Have no issues with any upper body workout. :)
Push ups, pull ups, I do them all without any trouble at all. :)

    Have fun!

I had mine done 10 years ago. My are under the muscle and they went through my nipple to insert them. I have never regretted getting them, probably the best purchase I've ever made. As far as working out I would recommend whatever your doctor suggests. I believe I waited about 30 days.

I did directly ask my PS about chest exercises, and he did recommend no longer doing ones with weights. To me, that was nothing to give up. He said bodyweight workouts were fine, but anything too aggressive can damage the pocket and distort the implants. There is not way I am doing anything to jeopardize them so I gave up weighted chest workouts. I am too scared still to do any push ups yet, as I can still ''feel'' the actual implant in there.
