hello. i have lost 13lbs in 31 days. i workout doing zumba and walking everyday. i also have a heart rate monitor to count how many calories i burn. feel free to add me i dont bite=)

I have 107 left to lose. I started at 275 last year, lost 20... Kept it off and have just started again about 2 months ago... Losing 18 lbs.

I've been a MFP for 65 days!!!! I now have about 120lbs to loose. It's been hard but with great friends to help motivate you it really helps. Pls feel free to add me as a friend I need all the cheerleaders I can get. I am a great positive cheerleader as well. I log in daily and check on my friends daily if not at least every other day0

I am interested in finding more friends on MFP who have 100+ pounds to lose. I have 166 more to go.. I've Lost 57 pds all together and 14 pds of it since joining MFP.
I am now at 97 pounds to lose- but it minues well be 100. I started with 145 pounds to lose. And to date I have lost 54 pounds. All of that has been since i joined MFP. I have a great community of friends on here also, and they always welcome new friends. Feel Free to add me.0 -
