What first: Cardio then Weight/Muscle or Together?

I've been really good dieting. eating protein and exercising for the past 2 weeks.

my exercise has been dancing, Zumba, walking, and eliptical.

but I'm not seeing any results in clothing or in the way my body looks.

I thought it'd be easy to start out doing what is "easy" first. and then work on my muscles.

Should i be doing both together?

Would a cardio weight class help? since its together?

what is your opinion.

My opinion is that 2 weeks is too little time to see realistic results. You should probably wait a month before deciding if your exercise routine is working.

true - 2 weeks is too short of a time. My doc said to do BOTH cardio and strength exercises, alternating between the two.

Both. Work each muscle group hard once a week and use your remaining days for cardio.

Ive been working out regularly now 4-5 days a week since April 14 and I just started late last week and this noticing my clothes were starting to loosen up. I had been running, doing Jillian videos and just started two days into lifting. Give it time and keep at it!

so i should stick with cardio to take the weight off and then work muscles then?

i noticed a difference in doing jillian but that was when i did 2 weeks of 30 day shred.

thank you for your advice guys! :)
