Help please - Painful Shoulder (LHS)

Hey Everyone :)

Quick background - 23yo, 5ft3in, 217lb, lost 18lb, doing a 10k on Sunday and training for tough mudder in August.

I do the following workouts: Les Mills Body Attack, Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Balance and Metafit.

Between doing Metafit on Sunday and Attack/Pump on Tuesday, I've done something to my shoulder blade on my left hand side. It hurts most when reaching up or doing a plank/push up, crab walks etc. I dont know what I've hurt or whats best to do to repair it?

Can anyone help?xx

    Sounds like you pulled a muscle. I would ice it a few times a day. 20 min on, 20 min off. And if necessary take advil. Since you're doing all of those work outs, if you are able to, treat yourself to a deep tissue massage. They are magical!

    Thanks :) I am laying off the exercise tonight and will keep treating it. I had to google "what is advil called in the UK" as I thought it was a revolotionary drug...turns out its just plain old ibrufen!! haha xx
