5.6 Pounds and 8" lost!

Today was my weigh in and measurement day and I was stunned by the results. I don't see a lot of differences yet but I have more energy and I knew that was progress.

I have lost almost 3.7" in my waist and 2.5" in my hips alone!

I still have a ways to go but I know that I can do it!

Thanks everyone for all the inspiration in your posts. I hope to be sharing pictures soon!

    Well done, that's really good.

    Have you been exercising or is that from calorie counting alone?

    I doing the Couch to 5K and 30 Day Shred! I am on the final week of C25K and day 20 of 30 Day Shred. I just started tracking my food about two weeks ago and that has made a huge difference!
