Miso Soup Dry Mix Soup
and a bunch of other crap as water since 'it's mostly water"
You recommended 8 cups absolutely do count those things!
It's up to you how many actualy glasses of straight water you want to drink.

Absolutely not!
Drink 8 cups of coffee as opposed to 8 cups of water. They are not the same.
You're absolutely right. The coffee will help curb hunger and ramp up the metabolism. Water won't.0 -
Personally I don't count coffee and tea in my water in take. Overall hydration? YEP! anything that is a consumed liquid or a solid with a high water content such as watermelon and cumcumber count toward hydration.
but for actual water in take? No, it's my perference not to.0
