Drinks that are very low in sugar

I am looking for a drink that is very low in sugar. I have been drinking Tropicana Trop50 which has 12g per cup. That is a lot. I only allow myself 30g a day (not including fresh fruit). I am dying to just chug a whole 2 litres of it! Haha.
Know of any drinks with lower sugar than 12g per cup?
I miss juice....

Thanks but the lack of sugar there is overshadowed by the phosporus and aspertame. I don't want skin cancer.0

Why are only allowed so low in sugar besides fruits? I assume it for some medical reason0

cut your juice with seltzer water. the fizz is fun.0

Try infusing water with fresh fruits and/or herbs. If you google it, there's a ton of ideas. More water and less sugar than juice but you'll still get a little bit of a fruity taste.0

Crystal Light is sugar free.
But water is a great option. I like mine with lemon and lime. Cucumber water is good too.0 -

Water. Diluted fruit juice.
Tomato juice is super healthy and low cal. ( e.g. Del Monte has 50cals and 7g sugar in an 8oz glass.) Lots of good vitamins and minerals. Also try V8 vegi juice.0 -

If you are not a fan of tea (now) .... learn to like it. Flavor it with orange slices, mash a few berries in it, add some jam. Brew tea with ginger or mint leaves .... lots of varieties

Guys, I'm just going to say this now - if you want to drink soda, don't drink diet. Just go for the regular one. Other than that, maybe you shouldn't drink it at all.
As for a low sugar drink, water, tea with 3 teaspoons (or less), tea with honey, real fruit juice.0 -

What's your rationale for that, maybe artificial sweetener fearmongering?0 -
Thanks all!0

I don't love tomato juice but I could learn to I think. Thanks a bunch!0 -

Well MFP gives me 27 as a goal but I limit myself to 30 as sugar was a big cause of my weight gain.0 -
Drink water! lol
Actually I drink crystal light too.
If you don't want diet stuff, which obviously you do drink with the light juice. I have a cool trick. Sparkling water, with two tea bags you can get the fruity tea. That way it's like a soda but fruity like juice.
Juice has a ton of sugar I don't recommend juice to anyone unless it's my homemade green juice. I think fruit eaten is a better option but wth do I know I'm just a girl.
Look up green juices though, you don't have to use a ton of fruit to make them like the amount it takes to make OJ. Plus you add things like kale or spinach, nuts or whatever.0 -
Artificial sweeteners are not from the devil.0

Artificial sweeteners are not from the devil.
They cause diabetes, skin cancer and metabolic syndrome. Not the devil, but they're not doing anything good for you either.
They also cause premature briths.0 -

There are no studies that prove any of those things, merely theories.0 -

I have been drinking diet Pepsi for 20 years and have no such symptoms that you list. Nor has anyone I know who is a diet soda drinker. Your statement is full of ... malarkey.
There is no scientific studies that show any of this.
However, I exercise more now therefore I drink more water. Like 10 cups of water to 1 can of soda (if even that).0
