When do YOU get hungry?

I've found that my appetite is pretty much on a set schedule during the week, and I wanted to know if anyone else was the same.
1. When I wake up, not much of an appetite (UNLESS I ate a lot the night before, then I'm usually starving): 6am.
2. Usually eat breakfast 2 hours after waking up: 8am.
3. STARVING 3 hours after breakfast, eat lunch: 11:30am.
4. Very hungry again a few hours later (perhaps this is boredom due to work...?), eat a small snack: 1:30-3:30pm.
5. Get off work, and work out, then I my appetite FINALLY quiets down: 4pm.
6. Dinner, usually light: 6:30pm.
Then that's it! So my question for you is, when do you get hungry? Do you think it has to do with work/other things? Of course, when I'm not working, my appetite schedule is totally different. Add me if you like, I love to follow others as well!

My schedule is:
5am - wake up
6am - coffee
8am - breakfast
10am - snack, usually because im really hungry by then
11:30am - lunch
1:30 pm - snack
3:30 or 5:30pm (depending on workout) snack
7pm - dinner
And thats usually about it. I eat really small meals, but if I have to skip one or I can't get away to eat one, it messes my whole day up. I'm very religious about my schedule0 -

I am, too... I would go so far to say I am anal about my sched! I'm just wondering why I get SOOOOO hungry mid-morning, mid-afternoon, but have zero appetite after working out!0 -
It takes me a while to get hungry in the morning too. Usually about an hour after I get up, I will eat breakfast. Then I spend the rest of the day eating before I get hungry!. I usually have a small snack like a yogurt of a string cheese around 2 hours after breakfast. Then I have lunch an hour or hour and a half later. Another snack around 4 or so. Dinner whenever my boyfriend gets home and some kind of snack at night, (either frozen yogurt, popcorn, or ham/cheese rolls). My schedule is so out of whack now that I am not working though. It gets much more regimented when I have a 9-5 job.

really only hungry in the morning... I eat 6 times a day so I'm pretty stuffed throughout.
I do make sure I eat within an hour of waking up.... thats when your body needs nutrition after an 8 hour fast.0 -
I have no appetite after my runs either. Sometimes for hours. It sucks when I am trying to get a certain amount of calories in but I feel nauseated for hours after a workout and can't eat! So annoying.0

When im awake or between mouthfulls.....0

Jeez when am I NOT hungry lol.
Around 10:45, right between my morning snack and lunch time it kicks in, but i can usually a bottle of water fixes that.
Also around 3:45 - 4:15 it gets bad.
Then there's the late late night hungers. If I dont go to bed by 9:30, and i know the dog is asleep, wife is asleep it's just me, the fridge & every 24hour fast food place in the world, hunger strikes hard lol. But I just reflect back to how i got where I am today and fight it. I usually win and just have a cup of cottage cheese or a sugar-free popsicle.........then there are those days (not often) that i find myself sitting in my dark driveway with pringles crumbs all over my face. I run it off though lol.0 -

On days that I work out I am hungry. All. Day. Long. I always go over by a few hundred on calories (it doesn't seem to be an issue unless I go over by like more than 300 or 400 for days and days in a row).
On days that I don't work out (and those are rare), I can make it from breakfast to lunch without a snack, and I snack less between lunch and dinner.
I never get hungry after dinner probably because i have been eating all day0 -
I am always starving at night. I try to save plenty of calories so I can snack a bit after dinner and deal with the hunger.0

Work days:
5:35 am - wake up, get ready for work, coffee & water - not really hungry at this point, just want coffee ;-)
7:45 am - 9:15 am - typically eat my actual breakfast sometime in this window; I am definitely HUNGRY at this point and start getting inwardly furious if I don't eat
1:00 - 2:30 - usually eat lunch sometime in this window. Once again, HUNGRY
4;00 - 5:00 - snack. ALWAYS pretty hungry for it even if lunch was later
7:45 - 8: 15 - eat dinner at home. I've always worked up an appetite but not as crazy ravenous as I used to be before drinking more water and generally taking time to slow down and enjoy meals/snacks during the day
Non-work days:
Breakfast/coffee are usually between 8 and 9am; lunch is more between 12-1:30pm. Dinner usually around 7pm. And yes, I'm always hungry when meal times roll around, which I think is the goal :laugh:0 -
It is so interesting how everyone is different! I'm not hungry at night, unless I stay up late. I think this is partly a mental thing, too...
Also, I eat more when I don't work out (also another mental thing!).
The mind is a very powerful thing!0 -

I think we are very similar!0 -
I eat at 8 30 , noon, and 6 30. I do not snack.
I am the hungriest at dinner time. I am trying to make lunch my biggest meal, since I can bunr those calories off, but it's hard.0 -
I workout around 6pm most days and eat at 7pm or whenever I get home from the gym. Some days I'm still not hungry by 7pm but I make myself eat anyway because I want to maximize my post workout meal nutrients.0

For me it varies. I am never hungry when I first wake. Sometimes I get hungry around 10:00-10:30, sometimes not until 1:00 - 2:00. On work days I always have a glass of soy milk in the morning with my vitamins. I do this for the calcium and because I'm always thirsty in the morning and I need something to wash down the vitamins.
If I get hungry before 12:00 I will usually have a V8 or sometimes, if my lunch is lower protein, a handful of dry roasted edamame.
Lunch is 1:00 - 2:00 and is often the first time I actually eat anything.
On the weekends it varies. I workout in the mornings around 10:00 and sometimes I'll eat right after that, sometimes not for a couple hours or more. My body has never really been on a schedule.0 -
I'm usually hungry at night and not at all during the day. I eat a light breakfast before heading to work around 7:30 am, just because I know I should have something. I'll have a snack around 12-1 pm, have a light lunch around 2-4 pm, depending on how I feel. I might snack again around 6pm or just wait and have a more substantial dinner around 7 (along with a dessert!). That's my workday eating schedule though-- non-workdays go all over the place, schedule wise.0
-
Yeah, I have a set schedule. I eat breakfast 8-8:30, a snack around 10-10:30, lunch around 12, another snack around 2:30-3:00, then dinner around 7.
If I am too early for my schedule, I am not hungry, if I am too late, I am starving! I have to time my workouts before dinner, because I can't eat before or within 30 minutes of finishing or I get sick.
On the weekends, I am more relaxed about the schedule, but I notice that my body lets me know when it is time to be fed.0 -
When I wake up, almost never unless I did not eat dinner the night before. About 6:30 or 7:30 depending on if I'm working from home that day. Usually eat within the first hour because I know I'll be hungry in two and it impacts my coding while I work and if I don't eat breakfast I overeat lunch and dinner.
I'll get lunch around between 12 and 12:30 but no real time. Some days I eat at 11:30am or 1:30pm. I normally have a snack a few hours after that, small piece of fruit or some beef jerky or cheese crackers (not so much anymore for them).
I start getting supper around or at least planning something around 5:30. Normally by 6:30 or 7 I've had supper.
Some nights snack after that around 9.0 -

^THIS!
I track my cardio, but I don't give myself credit for weight lifting (weight training, pull ups, pushups) I'm usually over my limit every day, so I figure it's a wash.
I get really hungry at night. If a full glass of water doesn't work, I eat an apple.0 -
Weekdays
6:00 wake up
6:30 breakfast & tea
8:00-9:00 more tea
11:00-12:00 lunch (starving)
4:00 snack
6:00-7:00 dinner
Weekends
10:00 breakfast & tea
1:00 lunch
6:00-7:00 dinner
I don't usually snack on weekends0 -
I get a discomforting hunger at two times during the day:
10am: I'm thinking this is because my breakfast is not substantial enough to hold me until my 11am meal (I'll probably up it to 200 calories - usually it hovers around only 100 right now, 'cause I'm not a big breakfast person).
8pm: My biggest trouble has been with binge eating at night, and while I don't think I was at the scale of binge eating disorder, I definitely exhibited some symptoms of it. I've evened out most of my meals so that I'm able to have something at night in order to prevent deprivation. If I tried to stop eating at night cold turkey, I would surely binge horribly at some point, and that's not a trend I want to start again. While I usually don't eat the best stuff at night, it's much, much better than what I used to have, and I now keep it within my calorie restrictions.0 -
I stay hungry. I think it's because my body is used to constantly eating.0
-
I always eat breakfast during the week, even if I'm not particularly hungry, because other wise I just burn out early.
6am - Breakfast: Bowl of cereal, eggs if I feel like getting fancy
9am - Snack: banana and carrot today, usually something like that
sometime between 11 and 1 - Lunch: usually a salad with chicken and some kind of dressing
2 or 3 - Snack: like an apple or granola bars
When I feel hungry - Dinner of....something....
If I work out in the afternoon/evening [around 4] then I'll eat protein bar after to make up for the lost calories.
I'm usually hungry every 3-4 hours unless I eat a huge meal, then I can go 6-8 hours. I usually keep close to this schedule though, even on the weekends when I want to sleep in :P0 -
This. When im awake or between mouthfulls.....0
-
I'm fairly consistent. I'm usually hungry for my next meal just as I'm finishing a meal.0
-
I don't really get hungry unless I miss one of my 6 meals, most of the time I have a hard time eating all six meals! I drink a ton of water, I think that helps with the hunger.0
-
When I eat ...
Never really hungry. Until i eat.0 -
Almost always after I swim.0
