If your just looking for a cardio routine it's not bad my wife enjoyed it early on but outgrew it as her goals changed
What is your current fitness level0 -
I use turbo jam and now my body is at a plateau but I also live in a small town, the gym Is too expensive for what is there. I work full time only have time to do about 20 minutes a day except for my days off. I also have zumba but am finding I need a change. I also do strengthing exercises when I can. We also live on a tight budget!0

Turbo Fire is a fun cardio workout...not as intense as Insanity - but still a decent work out. So it depends on your fitness level/goals whether it will work for your needs or not. I keep it in my "every 2 month" rotation so I don't get bored with anyone program.
best of luck to you!0 -
Thanks I will be rotating my dvds I mentioned that I have0
