Are the baked lays single serving bag bad to eat with your subway sandwich?

^^^ This. You can eat whatever you want as long as it's done in moderation. You can eat a bag of those everyday, you can eat subway everyday as long as your not going over on your macros.0 -
The apple slices are probably a better choice - but I love me some BBQ baked lays!0

I don't think they're bad at all. I like the way they taste. Although, they aren't very filling.0

I LOVE baked lays! I like their original, Southwestern Ranch, and Sour Cream/Cheddar. I still get my chip fix with the calorie serving being reasonable.
Of course, there are always "healthier" alternatives, but if you want them and they fit into your daily calories, why not?!0 -
They're low on the fat (which is good) but likely high on the carb GI. A small bag with your sandwich once in a while is probably OK, but I'd avoid munching down most of a one pound bag of them at the same time.0
