Here's a recipe I found in an issue of Runner's World.
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Trail Bars
Prep Time 20 min Yield: 12 to 18 bars
Ingredients
¾ cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
¼ cup honey
6 tablespoons water
1 cup chocolate whey protein powdered drink mix
2 cups granola cereal with raisins (I prefer to get plain granola and add dried cranberries instead of raisins)
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
1. Line 8 x 8 inch pan with foil, extending foil up sides of pan.
2. Place peanut butter and honey in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave an additional 30 seconds. Stir until mixture is smooth.
3. Whisk water and powdered drink mix until blended. Add to peanut butter mixture. Stir until smooth. Stir in granola and chocolate chips until evenly moistened. Press evenly in prepared pan. Chill 1 hour. Cut into bars.

I like this one and have made it a few times with different things, it's really similar:

these are the BEST! I sub ground flax for the flour, use only half the chocolate chips and add in a nut and a dried fruit (the last batch I used pepitas and currants). Line a 9x13 pan with foil first and spray with oil. Only bake for 35-38 minutes... cool COMPLETELY before cutting. My whole family devours these!
