Hey! I just wanted to let everyone know that my favorite guilt free food website is www.hungrygirl.com! She gives guilt free recipes that are modeled after junk food and comfort food and swaps for favorites at restaurants and coffee houses. She gives survival guides for soooo many restaurants and lots of fast food places. She shows new guilt free products at the supermarket and even has printable supermarket lists. You can sign up to get a daily newsletter from her on that website. I get them and have had many great ideas! She even has books at bookstores! Hope this can help!:happy:

    I agree, Hungry Girl is amazing! Just be careful though because a lot of her recipes are low in calories and fat, but super high in sodium!!
