Hey guys!!
I just started the 30DS last night and I am afraid of attempting it again tonight.
I am also doing 45min of Zumba 5 days a week.
This is such a tough road........
Has anyone done the 30DS along with sufficient cardio? I wandering if I'll be able to do it.

You can do it! I'm on day 3 this time round and I did 30 days straight last August along with running. I am finding it easier to keep up this time round. Make sure you take your measurements, you'll be amazed! Remember when your gut is knotted it's fear leaving your body!0

im on day 4 today and its definitly getting easier as in im not aching so much! its still tough to get through the whole thing though! ive been doing it then going for a run after 3 times a week and managing it just about :-) i cant wait to see some results!0
