Ballet for sure. I hate gyms and weights and everything associated with them because it's so monotonous and boring. Dance, in any form, connects to us on a deeper level and exercises every part of the body. It's something different every time and you learn a lot about your body.

BodyJam! I don't see it mentioned much here, it's a Les Mills program that's pretty much fitness dancing.

I like bodypump as well, and just plain walking (I hate the treadmill though).

Deadlifts, I just feel like such a badass when I do those because it's my heaviest lift.

^ This and squats. Also I just learned "hang cleans" and look really awkward doing them, but I imagine looking badass when I get my form down.

Does sex count?? A good, active session surely burns a decent amount of calories...? :blushing:

Seriously though, running. I definitely get the itch for it even though I'm still building up my endurance with it!

However, I also love how weights make me feel even though I'm still fairly new, it seems to change my mentality with body image. And can't beat a good, quiet stroll with the dog. :)

Running. But so hard to pick a favorite. Some days yoga is my favorite, some days it's plyometrics, somedays it's kettlebell. Guess the answer would be whatever I'm doing that day.

Spinning only because it's the fastest calorie burner for me personally. But 2nd is kickboxing or zumba.
