    Running. But so hard to pick a favorite. Some days yoga is my favorite, some days it's plyometrics, somedays it's kettlebell. Guess the answer would be whatever I'm doing that day.

    Running after work; it melts away the day's stress. Also mountain biking.

    pool.jpg an hour or more a day. Hard, fast laps. I love it. I feel like I am flying when I look down at the floor of the deep end and I am suspended above it, just zooming across the pool, head in the water, in my own universe.

    Of course, it helps that our pool does not have any bratty :explode: kids in it at 6 am.

    I absolutely hate squatting, but at the same time what can't you love about them?

    Overall deadlifts are my favorite.

    full getups with 26 lb weight! I couldn't do one at all when I started lifting. Now I can with weight! THAT makes me feel badass!!

    And deadlifts.

    I have a love/hate relationship with squats!

    I really enjoy TurboFire HIIT for cardio
